What you need in place
Remote sessions work best when everything is prepared in advance. Check the list before your booking.

- A suitable vehicle power supply when required for programming
- An agreed booking and technician authorisation
Compatibility is confirmed before the session
Compatibility must be confirmed with us before any remote session is booked. Not every BMW or MINI model, adapter or programming operation is supported — we confirm what can be carried out on your vehicle before you commit, and the session only proceeds with technician assessment and your authorisation. A quotation will be provided before any chargeable work is agreed — we never take payment without an agreed quotation.
