Store Terms & Refund Policy

1. Products and services
The JVS store sells digital automotive products and services — such as navigation map updates and remote coding services — which are fulfilled manually by our workshop after purchase. Availability of a specific product for your vehicle is confirmed during fulfilment, not at the point of sale.
2. Compatibility verification
We verify vehicle compatibility manually for every order using the registration and/or VIN you provide at checkout. If a product or service is not compatible with your vehicle, we will contact you and refund the order in full.
3. Prices and payment
Prices are shown in GBP and include applicable VAT where appropriate. Payment is taken through our third-party payment provider at checkout. We do not see or store your card details.
4. Delivery of digital products and services
Because products are digital or service-based and are prepared for your specific vehicle, delivery happens after verification and contact from us — not instantly at the point of purchase. We will contact you using the details provided at checkout to arrange delivery of your product or service. Some services may require your vehicle to be present at our Telford workshop or a suitable location.
5. Cancellation and refunds
- Under the Consumer Contracts (Information, Cancellation and Additional Charges) Regulations 2013, you generally have a 14-day right to cancel a distance purchase.
- However, for digital content and bespoke services, the right to cancel can end once we have begun performing the service with your express consent, or once digital content has been supplied — provided you were told this before ordering. We will ask for that consent before beginning work.
- If a product is not compatible with your vehicle, or we cannot fulfil your order, you will receive a full refund.

6. Your data
The registration and VIN details you provide are used to verify compatibility and fulfil your order, as described in our Privacy Policy.
7. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Nothing in these terms affects your statutory consumer rights.
