This website provides information about our services and allows you to make enquiries. Content is provided for general information and does not constitute technical advice about your specific vehicle — always contact us to discuss your vehicle directly.
3. Enquiries and bookings
Submitting the enquiry form or contacting us does not create a confirmed booking. An appointment is only confirmed once we have contacted you and agreed a date, time and scope of work. Quotations provided before inspection are estimates based on the symptoms described; final pricing may change once the vehicle is examined.
4. Independent specialist
JVS is an independent business and is not affiliated with, endorsed by or connected to any vehicle manufacturer or authorised dealer network. Manufacturer names are used for identification and compatibility purposes only.
5. Intellectual property
The content, design and branding of this website belong to JVS. The JVS logo is the property of Jono's Vehicle Solutions.
6. Liability
Nothing in these terms limits liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, or for fraud. Otherwise, our liability arising from use of this website is limited to the extent permitted by law.
7. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales, and the courts of England and Wales have exclusive jurisdiction.
